7 DAY INTESTINAL CLEANSE |

Intestinal Cleanse Programme |
Indication
- Early Morning: Within 30 minutes upon arising, mix 2 tsp (10 grams) of GREENS Rx with 250 ml of distilled or filtered water. Take with one HERBAL Rx capsule. The highly alkaline properties of the GREENS Rx will help to reduce excessive stomach acid and to help maintain a positive alkaline pH in the small intestine, and the HERBAL Rx Formula will provide antioxidant and antiviral activity, and will provide a protective and stimulating effect to the circulatory system, central nervous system and the immune system.
- After 30 minutes of taking the GREEENS Rx drink, take one or two tablespoons (depending on body weight) of FIBRE Rx mixed with 250 ml of prune or apple juice. Follow with at least 250 ml of pure water. The gentle but effective formula will promote bowel activity, and help to eliminate toxins.
- Mid Morning: Drink one more serving of GREENS Rx with 250 ml of pure water, and take one HERBAL Rx capsule.
- After 30 to 60 minutes of taking GREENS Rx, take one serving of FIBRE Rx with organic prune or apple juice and follow with at least 250 ml of pure water.
- Mid Afternoon: Drink one serving of GREENS Rx with 250 ml of pure water, and take one HERBAL Rx capsule.
- Early Evening: Take final serving of FIBRE Rx mixed with organic prune or apple juice and follow with at least 250 ml of pure water.
- Repeat the above regime for seven days. The seven day intestinal cleanse may be repeated once a year for continued benefit.
- Continue with GREENS Rx every morning thereafter to help maintain optimum acid/alkaline balance.
- FIBRE Rx may be used as required to help maintain normal bowel activity.
- Take the balance of the HERBAL Rx capsules at the rate of three per day with meals.
NOTE: Drink as much pure, filtered water as possible each day. (Do not use tap water as it contains many toxins and impurities which may impede the effectiveness of this programme). To obtain the desired colonic cleansing and detoxification, no other food should be taken during the 7 day period. In some cases, a longer period of detoxification may be necessary. Please consult with your health care professional for advise.
